USCG-accepted high-temperature hose for medium and high-pressures

Kurt Hydraulics introduces two new lines of US Coast Guard (USCG) accepted high temperature hose.

Kurt Hydraulics High-Temperature-hydraulic Hose and CouplingsKurt High Temp Hydraulic Hose (SAE R16 DIN EN 853) — Recommended for high pressure, high temperature hydraulic oil lines, this Kurt hose handles both high pressure, high temperature applications. It is SAEJ1942 USCG accepted hydraulic only. It features two high tensile steel wire braid internal reinforcements with a highly durable blue abrasion, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber MSHA approved covering. Designed for temperature range applications from -10° to 300°F. Available in ¼ to 1-in. sizes.

Kurt High Temp Marine Engine Hose (SAE R1S, DIN EN 853 1SN) —Recommended for medium pressure, high temperature oil lines, truck engines, compressors, oil and fuel service. It is SAEJ1942 USCG accepted all services. It features one high tensile steel wire braid internal reinforcement with a highly durable blue abrasion, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber MSHA approved covering. Designed for temperature range applications from -10° to 300°F and water and water-based fluid applications at 158°F max. It is SAEJ1942 USCG accepted for all services. Available in ¼ to 1 in. sizes.

Kurt Hydraulics’ latest stainless steel couplings are compatible with Kurt’s new high temperature hose. These new couplings are designed to handle more applications requiring less inventory.
