Even with the current downward trend of the oil and gas industry, O+P continues to see an upward trend in its U.S. and China branches. Five years after the birth of the first foreign office, O+P confirms its role of decisive player in the international market of hose and tube processing equipment. This is all thanks to an active presence in the U.S. and Chinese markets. An Italian success story that originated in an industrial area of Brescia. This is where O+P wrote its first pages and over the years has been able to grow and look beyond national and European borders, positioning itself as an authoritative reference point on the worldwide industry today.

The first Asian branch in Shanghai is dated 2011 thanks to O+P collaboration with a Chinese distributor. The Chinese headquarters now has eleven employees, operating in commercial offices, administrative and service-producing area. The strong point is the presence of an internal after-sales department that is structured and highly qualified. They are able to respond quickly to customer requests and provide assistance and support to all our customers. A plus that allowed O+P Shanghai to grow and gain important competitive advantages over the competition, confirming today as a solid firm and decisive actor in the eastern market.

In 2014 O+P opened OP USA INC. in Wilmington, Massachusetts, associated with NAHAD (National Association for Hose and Accessories Distribution) and Hose Safety Institute, strengthened by an already established presence in the US market and a strong brand awareness built up over time. OP USA INC. has now made a presence in the world of American Fluid Power as a young and dynamic company, in constant evolution. The employees of the branch are professionals with high-level experience in the field. All were trained in the Italian headquarters to respond effectively and efficiently to the needs of the North American customers in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Both branches have obtained excellent commercial results since the beginning. A crimping machine Tubomatic V300ES of 660 tons has been the first important American contract of O+P, sold in 2013 to a Californian manufacturer of concrete hoses. O+P in Asia, in 2014, sold a crimping machine V350ES of 1000 tons to a prestigious and well-known company in the oil and gas industry that produces and exports hoses for oil plants worldwide.

The development of OP is due to the wide range of products it offers, the attention it gives to its customers and for its strong international relationships.
