Eaton’s premium R15 spiral hose

August 12, 2016 By WTWH Editor Leave a Comment

Eaton’s new EC600 X-FLEX ultra-high-pressure spiral hydraulic hose is designed to meet and exceed SAE 100R15 performance at 50% of the SAE100R15 bend radius. And now customers can see its exceptional flexibility for themselves with a free two-foot sample. Eaton’s EC600 X-FLEX hose is not only easier to route and easier to replace, but also safer to install compared to standard ultra-high-pressure hoses with a full bend radius. Screen Shot 2016-08-12 at 11.11.23 AM

Eaton EC600 X-FLEX hose also offers these key advantages:

  1. Longer hose life in high-abrasion applications thanks to its abrasion-resistant DURA-TUFF cover
  2. Reduction in weight of the hose assembly because you’re using less hose
  3. No fluid leakage between the hose and fitting when the engineered assembly includes Eaton’s 4S6S fittings
  4. Superior operating pressure of 420bar (6100 psi) for more than 1 million impulse cycles
