After 47 years in the fluid power industry and more than 11 years at Stauff, Jeff Behling has announced that he will retire from his current position as President and CEO of Stauff Americas at the end of this year.
With Behling transitioning into retirement, Stauff has also announced that Ryan Schenk, who has been with Stauff for 16 years and currently serves as Director of Operations, will be stepping into the role of President, making him responsible for Stauff activities in North America.
Behling has been a crucial leader guiding Stauff to success whether he was connecting and collaborating with colleagues in the Waldwick offices, or traveling the world meeting customers and partners ensuring face to face connections could be made no matter the location. His leadership has created an environment where professionalism and friendliness go hand in hand, making Stauff feel like a family. His dedication to driving Stauff forward has left an undeniable mark.
Schenk has been with Stauff for 16 years and he, much like Behling, has shown unwavering dedication, steadfast leadership, and a willingness for continual growth.
