Product guide simplifies tubing and barbed fitting installation, removal

November 11, 2019 By Mary Gannon Leave a Comment

Tubing assembly and removal may seem simple, perhaps even trivial, until you have to do it yourself or you are responsible for writing assembly instructions. This is why Beswick has created its “How to install and remove polyurethane tubing when using barbed style fittings” product guide.

Beswick barb fitting and tubing removal guideIt provides step-by-step installation and removal tips, complete with imagery and even a video. The guide helps users with barb and tubing selection, tips on cutting and clamping, positioning.

The guide also covers removal, although barbed style fittings provide secure connections for the life of the product. Barbed fittings are not typically (there are exceptions involving non-standard barbs) selected when the tubing will be removed and re-installed numerous times.
