The dry break quick disconnect reduces assembly time and prevents fluid from leaking out of the connector and damaging expensive electrical/mechanical systems. The disconnection is made by pulling a knurled sleeve back, which is not only easy to use, but also takes less than a second, saving costly downtime.
Designed with excellent sealing capabilities due to the minimized dead volume, the space between the internal and external ends when connected, leaks are non-existent when the two halves are disconnected. This is especially important when the fluid is a liquid or flammable gas.
Manufactured in corrosion resistant 303 stainless steel and manufactured with an M3 thread, both sides of the quick disconnect, internal and external, are fully shut-off prior to disconnection.
