Koul Tools announces the release of the EZ-ON Hose Press 427 installation tool for barbed fittings. Constructed of stainless steel, it will endure the demands of high-volume hose assembly. It features a newly engineered drive train and clamping system that utilize guide rods for its moving parts.
“We’ve taken everything we learned from the past models along with our customer’s feedback and the result is our most durable and efficient EZ-ON Hose Press. The 427 will do thousands of installations flawlessly,” said Koul Tool’s owner Dick Raczuk.
The EZ-ON Hose Press 427 installs both straight and angled fittings from 1/4 to 1 in. sizes in mere seconds. It utilizes a stationary vise to secure the fitting and a traveling carriage to clamp the hose. The hose is then easily installed by turning the drive screw with a ratchet or impact gun.
