Hannay Reels will showcase custom hose and cable reel solutions for construction applications at CONEXPO 2026 in Las Vegas.
Hannay Reels products are used in construction applications including air, water and fuel delivery, welding and cutting operations, hydraulic and pneumatic power tools, washdown and on-site electricity for lighting, generators and power tools.
N400 Spring Rewind Gas Welding Reels are designed for safety and reliable use. The reels are constructed of heavy-gauge steel and include a heavy-duty spring motor, a non-sparking ratchet assembly and a declutching arbor. Uses include oxy fuel welding, gas welding and oxy-acetylene. Optional temperature configurations are available to meet customer specifications.
3500 Manual Rewind Reels include a spring-actuated pin lock and offer a choice of disc rewind or a removable direct crank rewind. The reels are an economical option for light-duty applications such as fuel dispensing, bulk transfer and fire protection. Temperature and pressure customizations are available.
N700 Spring Rewind Reels feature a narrow frame and compact mounting base to support handling and installation. The reels include a non-sparking ratchet assembly and a declutching arbor designed to help prevent damage from reverse winding. They are available for applications such as lubrication, air, water, high pressure and steam. N700 Spring Rewind Reels are designed for low maintenance and are built with durable materials. Optional temperature configurations, along with pressure and temperature ratings, are available for specific requirements.
N800 Spring Rewind Reels are designed for fuel dispensing, waste oil evacuation, water and air applications. A narrow, compact mounting base fits tight spaces on work vehicles, and the spring rewind allows hose retraction on fueling service trucks. The reels include a non-sparking ratchet that locks the reel in place and a declutching arbor to help prevent damage from reverse winding. They can be mounted to work trucks with bolted-on components and swivel joints positioned for easier access during maintenance.
WCR11-17-19 Manual Rewind Portable Arc Welding Reels are portable reels for use with single-conductor electrode cable or grounding lead. The reels are designed for quick connections to welders and can be used with up to 400 amps for cable lengths unwound as needed.
