D.O.T. pneumatic tubing for air brake systems

D.O.T. pneumatic tubing from Polyconn meets or exceeds relevant DOT and SAE J844 standards. This pneumatic tubing is made from Virgin Nylon 12 material with a double wall construction, nylon core, synthetic fiber braid, and nylon cover.

Polyconn D.O.T. pneumatic tubingIt is ideal for use on vehicles for instrumentation and pneumatic accessories connected to the air brakes system. 
Push-in and compression fittings can be used with D.O.T. tubing.

The tubing is available in a variety of colors and is heat and light aging, UV and Ozone resistant. It also is resistant to gasoline and diesel fuels. It is rated for working pressures up to 150 psi and temperature ranges from negative 40° to 200° F or –40° to 93° C. The tubing is available in sizes ranging from 1/8 to 3/4.

Polyconn offers composite and brass D.O.T. fittings for use with this tubing.
