Composite DOT fittings for pneumatic D.O.T. SAE J844 tubing

Composite D.O.T. push-in fitting from Poyconn are designed for use with the company’s pneumatic D.O.T. SAE J844 tubing.

Polyconn composite DOT fittingsTheir bodies are made of composite while the threaded head sections are made of brass. These fittings are rated for pressures from 0 to 145 psi and for temperatures from –40 to 140° F or –40 to 60° C. They are easy to assemble and resist mechanical pull-out.

These composite designs can be assembled and disassembled over and 
over again. 
They are available in a variety of styles, including

  • male and female connectors,
  • a number of elbow designs,
  • union tube, Y and tees,
  • stem reducers,
  • bulkhead designs, and more
