37 degree flaring and assembling machine for rigid tubing

January 7, 2021 By Mary Gannon Leave a Comment

New Unispeed USDFL 24/37 ES 6/18 flaring and assembling machine is allows for comfortable pre-assembly of rigid tubes of 06-18 mm with tight bends.

37 degree flaring and assembling machineIt allows easy preassembling operations of DIN2353 rings and, with the addition of a dedicated steel block, can also be used for 37° flaring of hydraulic tubes up to 18 mm diameter and a maximum thickness of 2 mm.

A patent-pending cylinder is not integrated in its structure. This allows for more space and reduces the distance between the pre-assembling point and the working position of the machine; for this reason Unispeed USFL 24/37 ES 6/18 is particularly suitable to process rigid tubes with complex and narrow bends, such as shaped rigid tubes or composite tubes, very common in the automotive industry.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control with touch-screen display, that allows to save working recipes.

Options include:

  • Electric pedal
  • 37° flaring block (6-18mm)
  • Tool holder (6-18 mm)

Key technical data:

  • 24° preassembling: 6-18×2 mm
  • 37° flaring: 1/4”-5/8 x 0.08 in.
  • Materials: AISI 316 TI – ST 37.4
  • Dimensions (LxWxH): 29.9″x29.6 x 42.3 in.
  • Weight without oil: 286 lb
  • Oil: 13 lt (3.5 US gal)
  • Motor power: 1 hp
