Parker Hannifin Corporation, global in motion and control technologies, manufactures diagnostic hose for use on monitored hydraulic systems found on heavy construction, agriculture and other mobile equipment. The 56DH hose, from Parker’s Parflex Division, is available in micro bore sizes (1/8″, 3/32″, 4 mm, 2 mm) and in pressure ranges from 6,000 psi (413 bar) to 9,200 psi (634 bar). The smaller bore allows the hose to fit into tighter routings and the high-tensile, aramid reinforcement minimizes response time and signal loss due to minimal volumetric expansion.
The 56DH hose is available with a Parker Pressure Diagnostic (PD) port integrated into the hose fitting to speed up assembly time by eliminating the stack of the hose fitting, bulkhead adapter and PD nipple. In addition, 56DH hose can be produced in much longer lengths than comparable rubber hose, allowing for fewer connection points to provide the faster response time needed for critical mobile applications. The 56DH hose will be on display at the Parker Hannifin booth at IFPE 2014, booth S-80440.
